ING collection fraud justifies registration

On an online platform of Universe.com, people could register events and buy tickets to these events. The payment transactions were arranged by Stripe and PPRO. At one of these events, "Krava Meets Starting Entrepreneurs" - which turned out not to exist - large quantities of payment tickets were purchased, which were canceled soon after.This entitled them to a refund of the purchase amount and/or reversal of the direct debit. The account holders thus received undue refund payments that could not be collected by Universe. On several occasions, the applicant in question withdrew cash after a large transfer was made.
